How we can help

Support for life's different moments.

Every person and family is different. We take time to understand what would be helpful and discuss suitable support before anything begins.

☕

Elderly companionship

Friendly conversation, shared activities, walks and meaningful company to help reduce loneliness and keep people connected.

⌂

Non-medical practical support

A helping hand with agreed day-to-day tasks, routines, shopping and essential errands, while encouraging independence.

♡

Respite care

Planned short-term support and companionship to give family carers time to rest, recharge or attend to other commitments.

✧

Hospice & end-of-life support

Compassionate non-clinical companionship and practical support for individuals and families during difficult times, working alongside the wider care team.

➜

Patient transportation

Accompaniment to appointments, essential journeys and community outings. Arrangements depend on individual needs and availability.

☼

Live-in care guidance

Support and guidance for families exploring live-in care options, helping them understand what questions to ask and what support may be suitable.

A note about our services: SafeHarbour Seniors focuses on companionship and non-medical support. We will explain clearly what we can provide, what falls outside our service and whether another regulated or clinical provider is needed. All support is subject to an initial discussion, suitability, availability and applicable legal requirements. We do not claim to provide CQC-regulated clinical care.

Who we support

Support that fits real life.

We work with older people, their families and others who would benefit from companionship or practical help at home. Whether someone is living independently, recovering after a stay in hospital, or simply needs a friendly presence, we start with a conversation.

👥
Individuals seeking company

People who value regular, friendly visits and meaningful conversation.

🏡
Families needing a break

Carers who need reliable respite so they can rest or manage other commitments.

🤝
People navigating change

Those adjusting to new routines, reduced mobility or increased isolation.

Ready to talk?

We are always happy to have an informal conversation about what support might help. There is no obligation — just a chance to explore options together.
